I need to give my mind a break!  How often have you asked yourself something along these lines?  We get stuck in traffic, we have so much to do and don't know where to start.  Everything pulls us in a different direction.  We have family drama, work drama, life drama, even social media drama.  We suffer from TMI or Too Much Information or Information Overload and just want to relax our mind!
